Our stay started with a great welcome from reception lady on duty (reception is 24/7, which we found extra convenient) worth mentioning! They are currently in the process of refurbishing the hotel, the room looked great, very functional, modern, good choices of colors, and clean! We had tea/coffee available in the room and the hotel provided complimentary breakfast as a way of apology for potential disturbance caused by the on going refurbishment work (we stayed in the hotel only to sleep and experienced zero disturbance), still a nice touch! Great address, 100% recommend if you are in Bayswater/Queensway area.

Comfortable, warm hotel

My Partner and I stayed here for a weekend in October. First impression was how warm the bedroom was, also very clean.
The bed was comfy. The bathroom was good and room had a hairdryer and tea and coffee making facility.
10 minutes walk from Paddington, the surrounding area was quiet and clean.
We had a lovely stay and are returning later in the year.
