We stayed in unit 101. It has a urine smell that we complained about since the 1st day. The balcony door is rusty and the ceiling is patched. The curtains are dusty, the beds sofa was uncleaned, the beds were old and hard and taped with duct tape, and the showers were old. Also they had to replace the refrigerator because it wouldn't cool our food. Because everywhere else in myrtle beach was booked, we had to stay here 7

I loved this condo. Very clean and up to date. Luxury beach rentals was very easy to work with and kept you in the loop via email. Easy access to the beach. Balcony with amazing views as you have a sliding door from the living room and another door from the master bedroom! We kept the door to our bedroom open all night long so we could hear the ocean waves. We are still here but I literally could not wait to write this review! I definitely recommend renting this unit. We will be back!
