Great location and a nice condition property. The rooms are in the small size but nicely presented

Oddly there’s a nice music system but it only takes the original Apple connection so it needs updating

This hotel has a superb location near Piccadilly Circus. Impressive facade, nice lobby, charming reception and concierge. The breakfast buffet is good but not outstanding. Early in the first morning of my stay there was a high-pitched sound--more than a buzz, less than a siren--that lasted for about 20 minutes. Together with the very thin walls (I could hear each time my neighbor hung something in his closet), this made for less than ideal sleep that day. They eventually fixed the TV that didn't work and the sink that didn't drain, but they don't send a technician immediately.
