Wonderful last minute find

by TyleneJoy

My husband and I ended up here after searching several locations in North lake. It was a great find. The beautiful lobby and friendly staff made the choice to stay easy. The breakfast was good, very welcoming. Rooms were comfortable and quiet and the property was adorable. The pool and hot tub area was a good size and they had a sauna which was a nice addition. Superior stay. Will return for sure.

Charming lodge!

by ashleynhwarren

We stayed here this past weekend for my birthday and had a lovely time. The lodge club house is very cozy and the cabin, while small, was very clean and comfortable. The front desk staff was very attentive. We bought a bottle of wine from the wine bar and played a jigsaw puzzle in the cabin during the evening and it was very relaxing.

The location of the lodge is terrific; it's right across the street from the lake. We walked all up and down the row of lodges and definitely felt that Cedar Glen was the nicest of all of them.

We didn't get a chance to try the smores at the fire pit; I think it was too windy. But we definitely plan to next time!

We enjoyed the continental breakfast although if you are gluten-free or follow low-carb diets, there isn't much to eat besides hard boiled eggs. Would be great if they added one more protein item to the spread.

Overall, we plan to return soon, hopefully for Valentine's Day. :)
