The Gatlinburg Cabins at Chalet Village offer a number of gorgeous cabins and chalets beginning with one-, two-, three-bedroom cabins going up to eight-bedrooms. Some are pet-friendly. A handful are ideal for honeymooners while others twinkle beautifully at Christmastime. Some cabins include a private balcony, others have double wrap-around porches, many boast an outdoor hot tub, mountain views, and you get the woodsy scene.

Every cabin also has its own name like Rainbow’s Edge Lodge, Street of Dreams, Mountain Harmony and Smokey Mountain High.

Also, important to note: the cabins and chalets are sprinkled throughout the Great Smoky Mountains – and the property strongly recommends driving a four-wheel vehicle when visiting during seasons of potential inclement weather. For example, the Gatlinburg region sees snow in the winter. The roads are twisty and narrow so a four-wheel drive in any season is a smart idea.

Gatlinburg Cabins Chalet Village is 11-miles to Dollywood, two-miles to The Village Shops, three-miles to Ripley’s Aquarium of the Smokies, 3.8-miles to Wild Bear Falls (indoor water park), 4.7-miles to Historic Ogle Log Cabin, and 1.6-miles to the Gatlinburg Sky Lift.

To all who want to experience the most amazing cabin rentals, Chalet Village is your destination! I cannot express enough how much my husband and I admired the beauty and atmosphere of Chalet Village cabins. We will be back again, without a doubt!

Customer Service is racist!!!!!!

To whom it may concern:

Yesterday, I called to get information in regards to a rental. After being on hold nearly ten minutes, I was finally able to speak with someone. The rep went over my information and was supposed to email me later that day. I never received the email. I called this morning and gave me information to someone else. This rep said that she would give it to reservations. After three hours, I never received the email. I called and the lady that answered immediately put me on hold. She was extremely rude and made excuses as to why they haven't done their job. She put me on hold in the middle of me explaining. Once she came back, she was very rude and asked do I want her to help me or not. She then hung up in my face and refused to answer after several calls. I will never rent with this racist establishment!!! The customer service rep was rude and made excuses for her not doing her job. If anyone knows the owner, please respond!!!! Racist company!!! Rude service!!!! Don't book here
