Located near the Cleveland Hopkins Airport is the Cleveland Airport Marriott. Amenities include complimentary wireless internet access in the lobby and public areas, a full breakfast buffet (for a fee), an onsite cash machine, a coin-operated laundry room, valet dry cleaning, a fitness center, and an indoor heated swimming pool and hot tub. Nearby restaurants include Blue Point Grille, Hyde Park Prime Steakhouse, Johnny’s, and The Flying Fig. Rooms feature coffee and tea makers, cribs and play yards, irons and ironing boards, mini-fridges, sleeper sofas, bathrobes, and hair dryers. Nearby activities include biking, bowling, hiking, jet skiing, miniature golf, sailing, skiing, and tennis. Nearby attractions include Tower City, Cedar Point Amusement Park, Cleveland Metroparks Zoo, and Cleveland Convention Center. Check-in time is 3 p.m. and check-out time is noon. Express check-in and express check-out are also available. Pets are welcome, as well, for a nonrefundable $75 fee.

Good conference hotel

The hotel is conveniently located and comfortable. It is large. I attended a conference, and all seemed to flow well. The issues I had seemed to be with the conference organizers and not with the hotel. There is a free shuttle.

We didn’t stay here- but service was awesome - let me explain.

We had a pre-dawn flight but didn’t want to board our animals any longer than we had to, so opted for parking here to catch our flight. The folks waiting for the shuttle to the airport said they had been waiting a while - when the shuttle showed up- my husband was parking the car- and driver wouldn’t wait- it’s not like we weren’t right there. So he left without us. Literally minutes later another shuttle comes by and could not have been nicer- didn’t make us wait and got us to the airport right away, knowing we were anxious about missing the first shuttle. The lady driving wore a few hats at that hotel doing multiple jobs- but she understood customer service!!!
