Very well located, with a metro station within walking distance of the hotel.
The hotel reception members were really nice and really helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. A nice stay, I will come back with pleasure.

Arrived on 18th October for a week's stay in NY. Pre-paid for this through Hotels.com. On arrival, I gave my credit card to reception for check-in. At some point two days later I became aware that my credit card was now up to the limit. On making enquiries with my bank it turned out that despite having already paid £1,600 upfront, in full, for the room online, the hotel had placed a £3,000 charge against my card. Despite speaking to the reception, ringing the hotel, speaking to my bank, speaking to Hotels.com, emailing Radisson head office, emailing the hotel itself, the £3,000 is still 'pending' on my credit card three weeks later. When I spoke to reception in the first instance they told me it was because an incorrect 'code' had been placed against the room at check-in. How could such a simple mistake be this difficult to rectify, causing me so many problems and seems, even now, impossible to resolve?

This completely ruined my stay in New York as I couldn't spend any money whilst there and even worse, is still ongoing.
