From the outside, it looked dirty. But that was just the beginning. Carpets were dirty. Every place we went had a stale, musty smell. We were here during FL - GA weekend, so finding another hotel at this point wasn’t an option. Nothing felt clean in this place! I try to leave fair reviews, but I honestly can’t find anything nice to say!

This isn’t a bad place and it’s right off the highway. They are remodeling, or actually have just remodeled to some extent, but it doesn’t feel like your normal Comfort Inn and Suites either. 1. Dank. Lighting is low, even in the new rooms, and especially in the hall. Who wants to walk into a place like that when they’re going to supposedly a nice hotel? 2. There’s not even a closet! I’m not sure if they just forgot the closet, or decided the travelers don’t need one to hang their clothes in. Either way there’s no closet and that’s a real problem when you’re traveling with nice clothes. 3. Front desk staff looks like they just came off the street to work here. I have seen two people dressed in tank tops ....different colored pants, with no uniform, no name tag, and I actually thought one was from a laundry who was standing at the desk just now with a wrinkled sheet as she talked to me. 4. On 3 different occasions my room card for the door did not work to get into my room. I have only been here 12 hours! It has not been sitting next to a phone, or near any other credit card, it has been in its paper case. I know that’s not an unusual occurrence but it’s very inconvenient
In summary, there are better hotels right here at this intersection than comfort Inn and suites. Now can you get a better price, feel better about where you are, that’s up in the air and certainly rests upon your expectations for your stay. I will try another hotel on my next visit.
