A friend and I stayed at this hotel the night before a cruise. We got to our room around 7:30 pm. Immediately we notice it had not been vacuumed. There was trash on the bathroom counter top. Lights were out in the bathroom. Some thing brown on the side of the toilet paper roll. No hot water. Then we pulled the covers back on the bed and there were brown streaks on the sheets. Tried to call down to the front desk....of course the phone didn’t work. I went down to the desk and they apologized and gave me keys to another room. After checking the room we found mildew on the curtain and the a/c unit. And blood on the sheets. We called the front desk and there were no rooms available because of other guests they had to re room. They brought clean sheets for us to change our own sheets. I would not recommend this hotel. The lady working the front desk was super nice but I need a clean room!

We have stayed at this location over the years. It is in a great location. The staff has been kind. The ac/heater and tv does not function properly, exercise room equipment needs some work, rooms seem a little “dated”. Not sure that we would stay here on future visits.
