Great location - close to the pier and trollies, restaurants, and right beside a hop-on-hop off bus stop for the Big Bus Tour. Felt safe and welcoming.
Breakfast selection was large (cereal, oatmeal, waffles, pastry, eggs...) and had gluten-sensitive choices too (fruit and yogurts).
Helpful front desk staff. Helped us set up a great tour through wine country and suggested good meal options out of tourist area.
Rooms were clean but nothing special - I slept on a cot which was not too comfortable but economical. Plus after all the hill climbs, I slept well!
Would recommend to others and stay there again.

I was supposed to stay at this hotel between September 13-16, 2019. There was a possibility I would have to cancel so I chose the more expensive room that allowed free cancellation. They still charged the full amount on my credit card. When I attempted to cancel, they were doing system maintenance so I was unsuccessful. Despite several attempts to contact them, I have not been able to get thru or get a refund.
