Overwhelming cleaner or air freshener smell

by Teresa B

We have stayed here a few times and have always had a good experience. This year we didn't have time to book online and were charged around 140.00 for our room. We stayed because we have always been comfortable there. When we walked in the room we were hit with a very strong perfume type smell. It was overwhelming! Got used to it after a bit but I started coughing and am still coughing a few days later. I wouldn't stay here if you have any kind of breathing issues such as asthma. We were wondering what the heavy perfume smell was covering...... We got in on the tail end of breakfast.....not much left. Even the coffee was empty.

Nice stop while traveling

This hotel is conveniently located but far enough the interstate so that annoying traffic noise is not an issue.
I won’t go into the details of the nightmare of making online reservation except to describe how professional, understanding and tenacious Denice Bright at the front desk was in resolving the problem.
HR take notice! You have a good one there. Do all you can to keep her.
