The hotel was clean, the breakfast was delicious and set up buffet style (already prepared), and most of the staff were friendly. The bartender at the outside tiki bar, however, was extremely rude and ruined our day with her attitude.

We stayed at the Comfort Suites Maingate East for 2 weeks in October 2019.
We booked this hotel last minute as we were originally booked to stay at another hotel with Thomas Cook but unfortunately they went bust so we were in a position to book another and chose this hotel through Virgin Holidays.
The room was huge, clean and quiet, we had no problems at all, housekeeping was also excellent.
The buffet breakfast was good and set us up for the day.
The transport to the parks was very handy and the drivers were always helpful.
Book this hotel with confidence, I doubt you will get better for the price.
