Perfect location and wonderful place to stay! The owners and staff were so accommodating. Rooms were adorable and clean. Beach towels available to use and kitchenettes were an added bonus. Just a 1 minute walk to the most beautiful beach! Had coffee on the beach every morning, 2 minute walk to 7/11 and shopping. Right next to the MTV house. Loved every moment of our stay! We will be back!

We loved our stay at Conclare!!! No, it is not a large fancy 5 star resort hotel but it’s also not $500 a night. These rooms are very reasonably priced, they were clean and well kept. The staff was very sweet and friendly. Your walk down to the beach is only 300 ft. so you can come back to your room as often as needed for whatever reason. There is a decent pool available as well.

The beach was very pretty. There were some storms right before we arrived, so there was seaweed in the water and on the sand. However that is not typical for Siesta Key. The seaweed was completely gone after about 3 days. The water was crystal clear and the sand was very soft and cool.

My only complaint was that there is nowhere to set up your personal umbrella or chairs, not even on the private part of the beach that is reserved for Conclare. There are venders on the beach that have paid to use that space for their business. Therefore, you are practically forced to rent their chairs and umbrellas if you want a spot on the beach. You are not allowed to set up your personal stuff in their space or even in front of them. The venders are set up from 7am-5pm everyday.
