The staff is exceptional. The rooms are extremely comfortable and clean. Has all of the amenities that we needed. There is a supermarket across the street and free parking on the side road. Can’t beat the price. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is due to location. While it is convenient to drive to Beverly Hills and closish to walk it, the roads feel like highways and aren’t conducive to safe and enjoyable walking. Also nothing around the hotel. Regardless, would stay here again for price and quality of hotel.

I booked this room the night before we needed to be at UCLA the next day and booked it based on its proximity to UCLA.

Once we pulled into the property the valet was extremely nice and courteous. The entryway from the valet is quite nice leading into the lobby. When we left, and the valet got my car and I asked about the easiest way to turn left out of the garage and he volunteered to not only drive me to the end of the garage but he drove down a block so that it was very easy to leave the property. This above and beyond service is something I have not seen at any other property but he says he does it on a regular basis because of the difficulty getting out of the garage.

Our room was very nice and large and had a balcony overlooking the backside of the property where you could see down to the patio and the Jacuzzi. There was a nice TV, refrigerator and microwave in the room. The Wi-Fi was good and worked very well. I always ask for a quiet room on a higher floor. Since this property is located on the very busy Olympic Blvd I would definitely ask for a room that does not overlook Olympic.

We were only at the property less than 12 hours but there is a very nice lobby area, snack/market area, a good sized business center with several computers and printer, a very large bistro that serves breakfast, lunch and dinner up to 10 PM, 3 work out machines and weights next to an outdoor patio that is quiet as well as a Jacuzzi.

If I was going to central Los Angeles again I would have no problem staying here again. I usually look at reviews prior to staying at a hotel but booked this last minute without researching; many of the reviews for this property vary greatly however we did not have any issue and would stay here again.
