Families will find a coffee maker, shower/tub combination, flat screen television, free bottled water and a mini-fridge. Rollaway beds and cribs are available upon request. Not sure how this hotel is rated 3 stars. It is old and decor and furniture are very dated. We stayed in a king room with pull out couch. The upholstery on the couch was faded and the wooden furniture had lots of scratches. No complimentary breakfast but they did provide one bottle of water and 2 packaged snacks at check-in.
Pull out was small, uncomfortable and needed to be pulled out and linens put on by us.
King bed, sheets and towels were all clean and comfortable.
Hotel has strange layout with long hallways and only 1 elevator bank at far end of hallway, opposite end from lobby. Any noise in hallway is heard clearly in the room.
I would not stay at this property again.
Checked in on Sept. 28. Went to my room, opened the door and the room was occupied. Travel companions and I were freaked out. Staff didn’t seem overly concerned . Spoke to another staff today about our safety concerns and was told this happens all the time “you’re worried about what could have happened but nothing happened . You got another room and slept . Not an acceptable response.
