People were polite and helpful but otherwise not up to Crowne Plaza standards. Stayed on 19th floor, there was a ladder just setting out (opened) for more than 24 hours, the carpet in the room needed shampooing, room door sticks, touch up molding and paint work needed.

However the price is lower than adjacent Westin and location is great for attending events at Convention Center.

Worst restaurant of any hotel I have ever stayed at. One overworked gentleman seated you, took your order and served. Food was mediocre at best.

I won't be returning even though I am a Spire member and usually take the nearest IHG property for business travel.

Just got back from a great weekend in Dallas, and the Crowne Plaza definitely made it all come together! The hotel is in a perfectly located spot in the middle of downtown. Easy walk to numerous restaurants, entertainment and shopping. The hotel was great, with a wonderful staff. Rooms were really nice.and the beds were so wonderful that if I could of I would of stayed in them longer!! Definitely recommend this facility and have already booked another stay in the near future with friends. Best place and best price.
