This was the slowest check in I’ve ever seen and I travel for a living 50 weeks a year. The parking situation is very confusing. They said it was the Second floor of the parking garage however the signs for the hotel parking were very hard to find and then when you get to them it’s like the third floor and then if you park there all there is the stairs. I’m not about to carry my luggage up a bunch of stairs so if you go up to the top you can get into the hotel. there’s no elevator farther down where the parking places are.If there is I couldn’t find it and then of course there is no place to park at the top where there’s a way to get in. It’s ridiculous so I had to park really far away and walk on ice in the freezing cold to avoid the stairs. Maybe it’s better in the summer.

Being an IHG platinum member I wasn't ready to be put in a small room with a pair of stiff queen beds. Slow check in. Checkout was even slower. Took a long time to get the right receipt. It was quiet and the bathroom was clean. The Aire Grill was good. Certainly not in my top 10.
