Our room was on the 28th floor and we had a beautiful view of the city. Our room was well maintained and very clean. We enjoyed their lounge area and the food and drinks we had. The location is great. Easy distance to most everything downtown.

I will start off by saying I tend to have high standards and expectations. The Crowne Plaza in downtown Seattle easily met the 5 Star Excellent rating for this particular stay. This was a ladies shopping trip so we did not use many of the extra facililites on site, however, the service while we were there was excellent. All the staff, from the valet service at the street curb, the front desk clerk, to the kitchen staff who prepared food for our room-service breakfast, were very professional, friendly, and went the extra mile to make our stay great. We arrived early on the day of check-in and they were able to accomodate letting us get into our room several hours before the 3:00pm check-in time (which is never an expectation of mine - just a wonderful bonus when it works out). The rooms are nicely appointed. Our room was immaculately clean upon our arrival, as well as the daily cleaning during our stay. We were on the 27th floor and the room was very quiet - no outside city/freeway noise or noise from neighboring rooms or hallway. The beds were super comfortable and they offer a pillow menu to meet any personal preferences. We chose to walk the several blocks to reach the main shopping area and we felt it was an easy walk. We will definitely choose to stay at the Crowne Plaza in the future.
