This place is a serious spot on Wyndham and it's reputation. Where do I start. First, we booked through the Wyndham App. The App and the website both state the property has a pool. It does not, nor has it ever. They out right lie. They even go as far as to state on their website "Come eat breakfast next to our sparkling pool." Which brings me to our next issue, breakfast or lack there of. They advertise a big beautiful breakfast that they never have out. They are always telling guests their "truck is coming in tomorrow." It never arrived in the 3 weeks me and my family stayed there. The same truck with the toilet paper...when asking the woman behind the front desk she told my husband that the whole hotel was out of toilet paper, their truck hadn't arrived, and handed him a box of Kleenex! This is not even the beginning of our story. While we were at church one evening, we arrived back to the hotel and noticed the crew and staff loading up beds, tvs, and such in a truck rental. We asked if we should be worried as we still had 1 more week paid for and were told "If it isn't coming out of your room I wouldn't concern myself with it." Wow. Just wow. If we hadn't had the 3 weeks paid for, we would have gone elsewhere. 3 days after we checked out, the hotel was closed down. This place was nasty, unclean, and the staff was very rude on a daily basis. The only nice spot of this place was a housekeeper named KK. She was friendly. They also advertise an exercise room that does not exist. This hotel should be shut down and the people running it should be ashamed. The reason I am giving this review is because when going through the Wyndham App, I noticed they re opened the hotel with all the same advertisements. This is false advertisement. They do NOT have a pool, breakfast, or exercise room STILL. Come on Wyndham.

The staff is AWFUL!! The property is not clean and is VERY dated does not look like pictures at all. The ice machine was destroyed, the phone and the room did not work and there was no microwave, and the bathroom smelled funny this property and room is VERY DATED!!!!
