This affordable, 86-room hotel is conveniently located just off I-44 near downtown Tulsa and the Arkansas River with easy access to the University of Tulsa, the Tulsa State Fair and the BOK Center for sporting events and concerts. It is convenient to public transportation. Guests appreciate the free Wi-Fi, free breakfast and free parking. There is a fitness center, sauna, outdoor pool and hot tub. Cribs and rollaway beds are available. There is no charge for a crib.

There is an onsite laundry facility and clothes can be sent for drycleaning. Early check-in is available if needed. Rooms feature one king or two beds, TVs with cable and standard other amenities. Use or earn Wyndham Rewards loyalty points here and at other Wyndham brands including Ramada, Super 8 and Travelodge. Breakfasts include fresh fruit, yogurts, cereals, oatmeal, juice and coffee.

Check-in is at 2 p.m. and check-out is at 11 a.m.

Friendly staff and great location- but roaches

Friendly staff and great location, unfortunate the reason my stay was not a 10/10 was due to mold in the bathroom and roaches spotted trough my 4day stay. In the bathroom, on the bathroom counter and a wall.

Decent but mediocre

The staff was friendly and very helpful when we asked about different places to visit. The pool looked nice but we didn't have a chance to swim.

The hotel is rundown and in need of updating. There were local teenage vagrants hanging in front of the hotel at night, then I'm pretty sure I walked in on them having sex in the sauna the next morning.

It was a decent place to stay for a few nights.
