Fully renovated in 2015, DoubleTree offers families ultramodern and spacious rooms and suites with all the amenities. Although it primarily serves business clientele, its convenience to downtown attractions makes it popular with families, as well.

St. Johns Provision Co. serves a breakfast buffet, plus lunch and dinner in a casual setting, while Ruth’s Chris Steak House is more formal. A swimming pool with “spitting fish” sculptures and a snack shop please families.

Great Service!!!!

I really enjoyed my stay and the excellent customer service at the front desk and the valet service person was super nice (Trent). The room was clean and the staff was very professional!!!! I will definitely book them again the next time I visit Jacksonville.

Disappointed for a Double Tree

Hotel needs a complete overall. Very outdated and the rooms not very clean. Staff was very nice helpful But food is a 2 out of 5. For the money it’s definitely not up to past Double Tree / Hilton quality.
