My husband and I stayed here for a long weekend to celebrate our anniversary. Not only did we get an amazing upgrade to an ocean view suite upon arrival with champagne delivered, but throughout our entire stay the staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. The pools and grounds were beautiful and the Eau was the perfect place to relax and enjoy! Be sure to spend some time at the spa too for an extra treat. We’re already talking about visiting again next year for a longer stay!
I stayed at this hotel the end of October staying three nights received one night free. Eau Palm hotel Was one of the nicest hotels I ever stayed. The staff was great. From the young lady at the front desk who greeted us every day with a nice hello and the young valet guy Todd who was the friendliest and most helpful guy with any restaurant questions we had to the pool guys and spa personnel, they all went way out of their way to be friendly and we’re always there to help us in anyway they could. And did I mention the hotel itself is beautiful. We had an oceanfront view room it was just breathtaking. And across the street there was a breakfast restaurant called Johnny G which was excellent and the Japanese restaurant in that same shopping center was very good also for dinner. Hoping to go back next October. Stay here I can’t imagine anyone being disappointed.
