We stayed at Ecco for 4 nights in August and had no hot water. The management said “they were working on it.” We were assured the water problem was resolved when we made a reservation for the last week of Sept. and this was untrue. There was a note on the exit door on Thursday informing the guests that the water would be on Thursday from 9-4. But on Monday morning, as we prepared to go to Disney, there was no water. There was NO notification that the water would again OFF, no water, no shower. To add insult to injury, the lowest the room temperature will go is 72 degrees It doesn’t matter what you set it at, 72 is all you get. The pool is advertised as being “heated,” apparently just by the sun, it was cold. The front desk is “bar none,” the worst of any hotel we’ve encountered. The hotel manager is always “unavailable.” No refund, no discount, no apology, and is our case, no return! The Ecco Hotel doesn’t value its guests.

Room was clean but you need to ask for clean towels every day and they don't clean the room for people staying less than 5 days. Same with the pool towels, but there were a lot of people staying over the weekend. Breakfast was ok, but again there were a lot of people staying.
