Great for a 2 star hotel

We love coming to Gatlinburg. We had reservations booked with Oak Leaf Lodging, but made a last minute decision to come a day early.
We had Choice Hotel points saved and decided to use them for the extra night stay in Gatlinburg.
I was pleasantly surprised by the hotel. Clean rooms and very convenient to downtown.
If you're looking for a hotel to stay that's convenient to downtown, this is a good place to stay.

Nice hotel

Close to everything. Pam at the front desk is a doll. Only problem we had was on our second day, the room was not cleaned. No fresh towels..we had gone out, came back at 3pm & it wasn't done.Spoke to the guy at the desk because Pam was off that day & he said housekeeping went home for the day. He looked at some paper & said your room was done..NO IT WASN'T!!
