Located 35 minutes from the Mazatlan International Airport on Mexico’s Pacific coast, the El Cid Marina Beach Hotel is a good bet for a beachfront family getaway. Rooms offer private balconies or patios, queen or king beds and separate living areas. Families appreciate the fully equipped kitchenette and dining areas in the rooms here. Onsite amenities include a restaurant, pool and hot tubs. And the hotel has a fitness center, spa, and onsite laundry facility, too. Everything you need during your stay is conveniently within reach.

Kids flock to daily pool and beach activities offered at the hotel’s two pools, as well as the kids’ and teen clubs. The hotel provides lounge chairs and umbrellas for beachside relaxation. And there are plenty of watersports and tours to enjoy, as well as local restaurants and shopping just out the door.

Beautiful El Cid Marina resort

The facility itself was beautiful and beautifully maintained. But the people working at El Cid Marina was the high point for us. EVERYONE was helpful, polite, and happy. All of our questions were answered with a smile and people at the front desk, concierge, and tours desk were polite and very helpful. WE enjoyed the sunset tour, massage, downtown area, and the food. Our room was very clean and spacious. We highly recommend El Cid Marina Resort.

Thanks to all the staff for a great stay. Fidel, at the Iguana pool is just the very best. The Bellmen, Raphael, Julio, David, Leonardo, Luis and all the rest of them are the greatest ever, the maid service is wonderful. We appreciate all the help that was given throughout our stay. Thank you to all.
