Our first time staying at the El Cozumeleno Beach Resort and it was fantastic! The room was very spacious and quiet, the bed was very comfortable and we had an awesome view from the lovely balcony. The pools were so beautiful and the nice, clean beach had easy entry where we snorkeled and saw lots of fish. All the staff were so accomodating and friendly. The food was delicious from the snack bar menu to both restaurants and offered a great selection. We celebrated a birthday and everyone went out of their way to make it so enjoyable. This was our first time to stay in this part of the island and love the location. We love Cozumel and definately will stay here again.

This was our second time to stay at El Cozumeleno, and each time was wonderful! The staff was kind and fun, the food was excellent, our room was very clean, and the activities were fun! The pools were amazing! The ocean was beautiful!
We enjoyed room service two mornings, which was fabulous! We especially enjoyed our 5th floor balcony for morning coffee and evening sunsets!
