Horrible experience

We arrived in our room late and had our 4 yrs old and 2 yrs old grandchildren with us. Once in the room we noticed it had a sour smell and there was a dead found on top of the bed. We were so tired we call the next morning. The clerk was very apathetic to our concern. We checked out even though our room was prepaid for another night. This was a horrible experience. I will never stay and this particular hotel again.

Embassy Suite Galleria Area the Best

The Embassy Suites near the Galleria is the best value for the money. Complementary Breakfast and Reception. The staff is amazing, especially Angeliana! The swans in the lobby are the best, they will even let you feed them in the mornings, the children will love this. The suites are spacious and clean! You will not go wrong choosing this place to stay!
