Each of the rooms in this all-suite hotel has two TVs (a 32-inch flat-screen TV in the bedroom and a 37-inch flat-screen TV in the living room); a kitchenette with refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker; and free Wi-Fi. All guests receive a free cooked-to-order breakfast, including eggs, bacon, sausage, waffles, pancakes and fresh fruits. For free snacks and beverages in the evening, stop by the hotel manager’s reception in the atrium. The hotel’s casual Atrium Cafe serves three meals a day. Hotel amenities include a fitness center, pool and Jacuzzi, coin-operated laundry, and free parking. The location is convenient, within a 15-minute drive of both the airport and downtown. Want to bring your pet? You’re in luck, because this hotel is pet-friendly.

Poor customer service

Poor customer service. Check in customer service was excellent. Bathrooms were not very clean. House keeping was lazy, and not very sanitary or clean. We ended up leaving early and checking into a hotel.

Embassy Suites East

Sorry to report. Embassy Suite East LOUSIVILLE. The stay was horrible as we could not get glass ware to the room for 3 days, the check in took over 30 minutes, and both the breakfast and night treats were not worth eating!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
