Nice facility but terrible experience checking in and out!

I typically enjoy staying at Embassy Suites for business and leisure but this location has major issues. Though the rooms were clean and nice- the management there was lost and confused. We arrived at 2 and didn't get to our room until 5. it only got worse from there.

Best trip to NOLA ever! The hotel was ideally located and the staff was excellent. Recommend this location to all travelers. The breakfast and reception was excellent. Yes we will definitely stay at this location again!
