The Embassy Suites Orlando – Lake Buena Vista Resort received a $13-million renovation in 2014 and now offers families and guests more amenities and upgraded guestrooms for an even more comfortable stay. Enjoy one of the 334 suites, which are styled with Bahamian decor for a relaxing environment for guests to retreat. The 2014 renovation included new carpets, drapery, furniture, light fixtures and TVs. All suites include separate living and sleeping areas, as well kitchenettes and wet bars. Complimentary Wi-Fi is also included in accommodations.

Onsite fun can be had at the kids’ splash pool and playground, or at one of the various sports courts, including beach volleyball, basketball, and a putting green. Ping Pong, a fishing dock and pond, and dive-in movies are also available for guests. Additionally, the Embassy Suites Orlando/Lake Buena Vista Resort is close to the Walt Disney World theme parks and Universal Studios Orlando and Islands of Adventures.

Families can enjoy onsite dining via a complimentary breakfast daily, or at one of the three eateries. The Gazebo Restaurant and Grille serves lunch and dinner; Pizza Express dishes up brick oven pizza and ice cream; and the Poolside Bar & Grille offers snacks and drinks all afternoon and night. Starbucks coffee and pastries are also available at the Coffee Shoppe. A complimentary evening reception also serves cocktails for adults.

Checked in last night no coffee in our room. Called front desk they brought the packets not cups. This morning had to call for toilet paper no extra roll. After they cleaned today. No coffee, no Kleenex no shampoo or conditioner refilled. They didn't vacume the room. We went to the the front desk to let them know. No sorry we will take care care of it. Her responds is it will be in your room. The towels are thread bare I have have better dust rags at home. This embassy suites has really went down hill.

From the moment we walked in the staff it was apparent the staff like what they do and are happy to help. Clean rooms great staff, what more can you ask for? Okay free breakfast and manager's reception too. We love staying at Embassy suites.
