Admittedly, I have not stayed at many Embassy Suites. However, from what I remember this one is a little smaller in stature compared to the ones I have stayed at in the past. That did not diminish our stay!!

The staff is very kind and accommodating. Especially for what was such a busy vacation week. Some of the amenities that Embassy is known for weren't very well explained on our visit. I think the staff just assumes you know and that makes people who don't frequent the chain a little uncomfortable as you try to navigate your time at the hotel.

The room was clean, but mildly outdated. Again, a little smaller for a "suite" hotel.

My family very much enjoyed the indoor pool. We enjoyed the breakfast. The staff did a pretty good job at keeping up with the very crowded hotel all looking to eat.

We would probably stay here again on our next visit to this area.

Reading some of the reviews of this hotel I was reluctant to stay here. Glad we went ahead and decided to stay. Can’t say enough about the staff. Front desk, housekeeping, breakfast crew, nighttime social. Especially the food and beverage manager. Totally enjoyed the room, food and beverages. We felt totally welcomed here and felt that the staff appreciated us. Will definitely be Hilton Hotel of choice for Williamsburg.
