This was our second business trip here this year. Rooms were ok, but breakfast quality was very inconsistent during our 8 day stay with issues such as cold scrambled eggs, rubbery omelets, missing food ingredients, no coffee, and no food at all on one of the days until one hour after the opening time. Housekeeping was inconsistent in keeping our requested room cleaning time. On the positive side, the cookies in the lobby were tasty and room was quiet. We stayed in room 306 with view of the back area which was overall quiet and comfy except for a squeaky mattress. Staff was friendly from the check in counter, to the kitchen people, to housekeeping. For breakfast, they served bacon only twice during our 8 day stay which is on par with breakfast included hotels like this. The mini market area was surprisingly well stocked with snacks, beer, and even dental floss. The conference room was big and we were able to use it for a last minute remote meeting with international clients. Compliments to front desk staff for arranging this on 10 minutes notice. WiFi and internet overall was decent. We had 2 TVs in the room which was a nice perk. Every room had almost 10 electric outlets which you can’t beat for charging phones , laptops , and tablets. Though at the edge of town, it was still a good location with easy access to freeway, old town, fast foods such as KFC, subway, Taco Bell, Burger King, and McDonald’s. Dollar Tree, K Mart, a gas station, and Denny’s are also around. All around a nice stay, except for some minor glitches and a much higher than expected nightly rate.

Nice family atmosphere, very comfortable beds, a small indoor pool, fruit-infused water available all the time along with coffee and hot chocolate, cookies in the evening, excellent breakfast. Lots of protein, eggs, sausage, hot oatmeal with toppings, yogurt, make your own waffles. Plenty of space in the breakfast area which is well lit.
