This hotel is within 10 miles of the Smoky Mountain Llama Treks, Walden Creek Horseback Riding Stables and Tomb Egyptian Adventure. A couple of other points of interest include the Ripley’s Aquarium of the Smokies and Cataloochee Valley. The hotel has 101 rooms; it also has a fitness center and swimming pool. Coffee And Company At The Cottage and T.G.I. Friday’s are both family-friendly eateries that are also worth looking at and near the hotel.

Wonderful place to stay!

The hotel itself is very clean and the decor reminds you of a lodge. The staff was very friendly and even gave us coupons for attractions. They had a fire pit outside with blankets which was very fun to do with the kids at night. The breakfast was simple, cereal, microwave biscuits, toast,etc. Would definitely recommend!

Great place to stay!!

We absolutely LOVED our stay at the Appy Lodge last week! The Lodge in general was beautiful and our room was very comfortable and clean! And I can't say enough good things about the staff! Every single one of them were so welcoming and accommodating and friendly! The location of the Lodge is PERFECT too! Right in between both Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge, and just enough out of the down town areas to feel a little more secluded. The Appy Lodge will definitely be our GO TO place for our future trips to the Great Smoky Mountains!
