Nearby restaurants include Linger, Root Down, Blue Pan Pizza, La Loma, Park Burger, Little Man Ice Cream, and Jay’s Patio CafÃ©. Rooms feature cribs and play yards, irons and ironing boards, mini-fridges, sleeper sofas, hair dryers, and microwave ovens. Nearby activities include bowling and tennis. There are also a couple of golf courses located nearby, as well. Nearby attractions include the Downtown Aquarium and Elitch Gardens. Check-in time is 3 p.m. and check-out time is noon.

Awesome Property/Close to Everything!

I have now stayed at this property 4 times in the past 6 months. It's truly great. New. All updated. Great shower. Super great King Bed. Complete desk area to work.

What I like about it the most though is proximity to everything. You are in a Hot Bed of Denver Restaurants here in what is known as the Highlands. Downtown is less than 1.5 miles. You can jump on a scooter or get in an uber for nothing. Coors Field takes all of 5 minutes to get to. Zuni Brewery is a cool place a block away.

Pro Tip: Get Breakfast or Lunch at The Universal. The place is unreal. On a nice day a good little walk. Scooter would take you 5 mins. It's so worth it.

The value is great here and the staff is nice.

I have stayed in Marriott properties 116 nights this year. I am Lifetime Titanium so travel for work and pleasure way too much. This place is a gem.

Brand new facility , conveniently located with nice staff. I loved the clean and spacious room breakfast and the fitness room, this is a great deal if you are visiting Denver without spending a fortune
