Let me make this quick: I stayed in and old building with few working locks and no elevator. The room was dated and worn, there was a bit of trash that had obviously been there a while left when I arrived, and the air vent in the bathroom (photo shared) hasn’t been dusted for a long time.

The property is close to the beach, which is nice, but the grounds are pretty gross. Steer clear.

Spent 3 nights recently. Good location, friendly and accommodating staff, and the grounds offer lots of opportunities for a vacationing family. So overall I'd have given a 4 except for the room carpet which was DIRTY. To be honest, didn't realize it until I got in the shower after being in the room for a couple hours with bare feet. I was very surprised at the amount of dirt that appeared in the tub! Four Points, get a Bissell to those rooms please. Otherwise, I'd return there were in FWB again.

I also said the noise in the rooms was average as the wind got pretty loud outside my room (by the beach). That's just the design and the wind conditions that day, not a big deal but noticeable.
