Four Points is the best place for families who want to be right across from Universal Studios. Choose from over 300 rooms and studios with contemporary designs and comfort-inspired amenities. Oversized rooms feature sitting areas, and families can connect rooms for more space. The hotel has modern amenities, such as video checkout and free high-speed wireless Internet in all the rooms. Tropical Palms Restaurant offers a casual atmosphere for families to enjoy American dishes. Kids will especially enjoy the game room, outdoor heated pool and children’s pool. Of course, the nearby Walt Disney World may slightly eclipse the hotel’s attractions. Shopping and additional dining options are also in the surrounding area.

The hotel itself is a bit tired. It needs a bit of attention. Some of the staff are really friendly others are not so. Reasonable rates. The pool is not the most attractive. Situated in a good spot to the universal studios and several places to eat etc

Great location & friendly staff

The check in process was smooth with friendly staff. I always saw the staff cleaning. Rooms are clean and beds comfortable. The pool was nice and the chicken quesadilla was wonderful! Bar attendant was very attentive. I would definitely stay here again.
