Going to Vietnam with the kids? Consider a stay at the Four Seasons Resort The Nam Hai, Hoi An. This luxury, beachfront resort offers water and land sports, infinity pools, and a cooking academy.
Family-specific offerings include a kids’ club for children ages 4 to 12, babysitting services, games and books to rent, and an onsite concierge to assist in planning local excursions. We also love the resort’s amenities for youngsters — children’s toiletries, bathrobes, and menus. Kids also receive a welcome amenity and snack upon arrival!
The resort also offers gorgeous Family Villas, complete with a separate themed space for kids. The resort’s largest accommodations are five-bedroom pool villas, which can sleep up to 15 guests.

We stayed at the four seasons last month , for just a week in a beach front villa with private pool ( it ws in fact two villas one villa had your lounge and dinning room and another the bedroom , ensuite and change room and sitting area ).
I loved every minute of being there it had every thing you could ever want and more .
The staff were all wonderful , but I feel I must mention certain members of staff you really looked after us at Breakfast Huong , lunch Nroc, and dinner Thu , in the reservations dept Dang and last but not least our butler Quynh Katherine who went above and beyond the call of duty .
THank you all very much

Positives - lovely location, great beach, nice villas, good service, friendly staff. Butler Vu very good.
Negatives - not close to value for money. I get its the Four Season and there is value in the brand. BUT for rooms costing $1,500 per night plus taxes I expect an executive lounge, mini bar perks. Mark up on mediocre wins ludicrous: $130 for a distinctly average sauvignon blanc. Really?
Having just spent $9K + on a 5 night stay did I really need to be charged for a bottle of coke on check out?
" Benefit " of free wifi is frankly insulting and comes as standard in much less expensive chains.
Having just stayed in the following in region: Shangri-la, Bangkok, Banyan Tree , Bangkok, Jaya Park , Siem Reap there are better experiences at a fraction of the price. There are other players in town.
