Pros: Nice hotel with nice rooms that are clean and well furnished. Reasonable room rates for Family of 6. Plenty of activities at the park.

Cons: Check-In was a nightmare as first my rooms keys did not work. Walked back to the front desk (pretty far walk) got the room keys recharged. Walked back to room. Still didn't work. Tried to call front desk. Nowhere on materials given. Searched Google, got connected to internet sales. Hung up and tried another number off Google. Reached the front desk. Meanwhile, pissed off wife and kids. What a way to start the vacation.

But wait, there's more! I upgraded our room because we were having family stay with us. So, changed to a bigger room. Same thing happened! Bring family to room, keys don't work! Back to the front desk (usual d-bags in line asking too many questions about running trails, while I'm locked out!) Arghhhhh!!!!

Water parks are nice but water is cold. We likely will be back during the warmer months as there's more to do and they seems to rely heavily on the sun to warm the water at the parks to save $$$. I don't blame them but then again, I likely won't stay there again when it's cold only to come back sick again.

We love coming here! The room set up is great with kids, having full size bunk beds and a Murphy bed is awesome! I wish more hotels would take notice with that set up! It’s spacious, comfortable and clean. They do need to update their bedding, it is very worn and tired. Will stay here again and again!
