Our room was average with a partial view of the river, with the Margaritaville hotel across the river, they have music piped outside, but it's turned off around the time we went to sleep. The bathroom lighting wasn't working but it was immediately repaired (the ballast needed to be replaced). We were in a part of the hotel that required we walk outside to get to the lobby and breakfast area. No big deal, but one day there was a light rain. Breakfast was very good. We were there at a busy time of year and it was very crowded in the breakfast and dining areas.

We just recently stayed at the Greystone Lodge. I can highly recommend this hotel. Our room was perfect (we had the room with soaking tub) and it was very clean and comfortable. We also had garage parking which was great and the location is perfect. It’s right beside the Aquarium and Anakeesta is right across the street. Very easy to walk to everything. And I can’t say enough about the staff - so friendly, helpful and check in was very efficient. I think it’s the perfect place to stay in Gatlinburg and would certainly stay there again.
