Given its close proximity to White Sands National Monument, Trinity Site, the Dog Canyon National Recreational Trail and the Valley of Fires Recreation Area, the Hampton Inn Alamogordo is the perfect spot for families looking to explore the area’s history and outdoor recreation. The smoke-free hotel contains 70 guestrooms with king or queen beds, free Wi-Fi, a refrigerator, a microwave, a flat-screen HDTV, a coffee maker, a hairdryer, and an iron and ironing board. Cribs are available upon request. Start each day with the hotel’s free hot breakfast, and then head to the indoor swimming pool and whirlpool or fitness center. The hotel also has guest laundry facilities available.

Welcoming and Comfortable Stay

We had a comfortable stay. Rooms are clean and plenty of options on the Breakfast Bar. Staff was professional and welcoming. It was a quick check-in and we had no problems with checking out. We would stay again.

Very nice hotel

Nice newly renovated hotel, the reasons I don't give it 5 stars is because the pool seemed to have too many chemicals and it was cold, also the water in the shower wouldn't stay hot/warm long enough throughout the bath. Other than that they breakfast options were really good, the room was really clean and the bed and pillows really comfy.
