The Hampton Inn & Suites Albany – Downtown is located in downtown Albany, New York, close to Empire State Plaza and within walking distance of shops and restaurants. The hotel is also situated near the Hudson River.

The Hampton Inn & Suites Albany – Downtown provides complimentary Wi-Fi, a fitness center and complimentary breakfast daily. Breakfast comprises all of the standard favorites, such as eggs, French toast or pancakes, bacon or sausage, fruit, cereal, yogurt, pastries and more. Coffee, tea and juice are also served.

Guestrooms are equipped with one king or two queen beds, plus mini-fridges, coffeemakers and microwaves. Suites have king beds and sofa beds, plus full kitchens — a great option for families.

Check-in is 4 p.m.; check-out is 11 a.m. Parking is valet only.

This is a gorgeous hotel in downtown Albany. It is close to the Egg, The Palace, the Plaza and the Amtrak station, It is beautiful from the lobby to the beautifully appointed rooms. The free breakfast is excellent with a very wide selection,

Clean and affordable

Large room, comfy mattress and quite clean. Stayed for a conference which was at the city center. While it is only a 10-15 minute walk I recommend an ubet6as it is all uphill.

On site restaurant was amazing and hotel breakfast was great. Fresh and well stocked.
