Room was lovely, complimentary upgrade. Hot breakfast each morning was delicious. It was a nice touch to have microwave popcorn along with coffee in the room. Location was perfect for us, we went to Colonial Williamsburg.

My veteran husband and I will be here 1 more night..... Nice things first: friendly, helpful understanding front desk. Clean room, no odor. nice beds and linens; also nice towels. Drinks and cookies in the lobby & breakfast area. Perhaps because we are on the 5th floor the wi-fi is a bit weak. I finally turned off my phone wi-fi but my computer is doing ok so far. Speaking of turning off, i turned off the heating and air conditioning because the fan and motor we TOO LOUD. Its a good thing we don't need heat or cool air tonight. The front desk did make note of this. Indoor pool is absolutely too cold to use. 2 young people from swim teams couldn't even enjoy it. The hot tub was nice but a bit small. Plenty of towels to use in pool area. we are paying a bit more than usual because we booked here to meet friends.. their choice of lodging. WHERE is the refrigerator and microwave in the rooms? Not what we are used to... and for this price... big disappointment. I did not check the website because I assumed..........
