Hampton Inn & Suites Charleston/West Ashley is a great hotel for families with kids to stay. The hotel is just around the corner from the Patriots Point Naval & Maritime Museum, Charles Towne Landing and Drayton Hall. Some other nearby attractions include the Angel Oak Tree and Marion Square. The hotel has 121 suites; it also has a fitness center and swimming pool. Hampton Inn & Suites Charleston/West Ashley dining options include free continental breakfast and onsite restaurant. Jason’s Deli is a kid-friendly restaurant that is notable and close to the hotel.

It is hard to locate this place. I think better signage is needed to point out where the turn to the entrance is.

My room had a bad odor that would not go away.
The lobby is nice. Staff very friendly.

Great stay - things have changed

They changed their check in and out from 12/3 to 11/4p. Overall good stay. They do have an evening social Monday thru Thursday. Breakfast was great but the breakfast server could use an attitude adjustment. Location is great.
