My immediate and extended family came in town for a party within the hotel. Upon entering Leslie and Jarrod gave excellent service in helping my family get rooms in close proximity to each other. Rooms were clean, no bugs, clean pool area. Plenty of towels in room and pool area. Party room was nice and clean. Hotel staff was helpful with the event. I would recommend this hotel for events and location across the street from mall. My kids loved it! Breakfast was exceptional with a wide range from healthy to comfort foods. Overall a lovely hotel.

I arrived late and the check in process was very efficiant, the property was clean and up to date and the room was very clean and appealing.

The staff was very polite and accomodating.

I would stay here again.
