Awesome stay

Enjoyed the accommodations which were very comfortable, quiet, linens felt freshly clean and crisp. Staff was very professional and courteous. The lobby area was very clean and felt comfortable to watch the game for the evening.

Disappointment

Terrible staff response to reservation problems; wrong kind of rooms. No resolution offered; whiney staff offering only 'we make mistakes'. No one offered and solution - just excuses. Unbelievable. A total disappointment for Hampton.
