Hampton Inn & Suites Houston-Westchase is a nice hotel for families with children to go. This hotel is just around the corner from the Aerodrome Ice Skating Complex, Texas Rock Gym and Water Wall. A few other points of interest include the Rienzi Mansion and Rothko Chapel. This hotel has 82 rooms; it also has a swimming pool. Barry’s Pizza and Italian Diner, Carrabba’s Italian Grill and Fung’s Kitchen are all family-friendly restaurants that are good and are close to the hotel.

Rude front desk lady.

The front desk lady hassled me when I checked in. And after that initial encounter went bad, she tried to ignore my requests for assistance or help with my hotel stay. Someone who has that much pettiness should not be in the hospitality business

Worst customer service.

Everything was not good. From poor customer service upon my arrival till my departure. Feel like my stay was ruined. Couldn’t see or think of any single positive thing that about my stay in this hotel.
