Good location, clean hotel, average Hampton Inn

Even and odd rooms are on opposite sides with an outdoor pool in the middle. Clean, convenient, good breakfast.

Close to I-64, Applebee's in the parking lot with other retail close by. Seems like a decent neighborhood, which is always a consideration in Newport News.

Have stayed here before and will stay here again. I rate Hampton Inns on a scale from 1 to 5, with 1 being the highest, this location is a 2.5. No hot tub, nothing special, but good location, clean rooms, and good breakfast. Decorations and carpet in hallways is dated, but I don't care about that.

clean neat greatness

I stayed at this hotel for hampton U homecoming. It was clean neat and modern. I loved the breakfast. Staff was nice and helpful. The room was comfortable. The room rate was affordable. There are lots of shops and restaurants in the area close by.
