Amenities at the Hampton Inn and Suites Orem include a business center, cribs and high chairs for your littlest ones, the 24-hour Pavilion Pantry Market, baggage storage, a complimentary breakfast buffet, a coin-operated laundry room, a fitness room, and a pool. Complimentary On the Run breakfast bags are available Monday through Friday, as well, for those families that don’t have time to sit down to breakfast. Rooms feature flat screen televisions, coffeemakers, hair dryers, complimentary wireless internet access, irons and ironing boards, microwave ovens, mini-fridges, and complimentary newspapers Monday through Friday (USA Today). Suites feature separate living areas and full kitchens. Check-in time is 3 p.m. and check-out time is 11 a.m.

Brightened Our Stay

The hotel was clean and comfortable. More importantly the staff was attentive. One particular employee, Catalina, heard we were there for a funeral and went out of her way to give us something to brighten our day. Her thoughtful gesture touched our heart!!!

Not quite what it used to be

When we lived in Orem, this was our favorite anniversary stay. Returning to visit family, we stayed here five nights. The last day housekeeping completely missed our room and letting the front desk know at 3 PM fell on deaf ears. We requested some minor needed repairs on their official card, but nothing was ever done during the week. It's still very clean, but for the money and star rating, the ball is getting dropped in some areas.
