Just 15 minutes from Tampa International Airport in the heart of the historic Ybor City district, the Hampton Inn & Suites Tampa/Ybor City/Downtown is a good choice for families in Tampa for its urban highlights. The hotel is within walking distance of the many restaurants and shops of Ybor City, as well as the movie theater and cultural attractions. And the Hampton Inn offers a free shuttle service to take you anywhere you wish within a 3-mile radius. Like all Hampton Inns, the free hot breakfast every morning makes it easy to get everyone fed and out the door. And On the Run healthy breakfast bags are also offered if you’re rushed for time in the morning.

Guestrooms and suites are roomy and have a microwave and refrigerator, as well as a large TV and free Wi-Fi. Rooms can accommodate families of five or more. Onsite laundry is another perk families always appreciate.

This location was great as we went to the castle for an event so we could actually walk there. the room was super nice the beds were not to firm or soft, just right. the free breakfast hit the spot in the following morning, with fresh eggs, biscuits, and gravy.

Awesome Hotel

Stayed here only 1 night before cruising out of Tampa, but really was a nice place. Free shuttle was great, Free breakfast was very good. Very clean hotel and very friendly staff who were always ready to help.
