This hotel helped me transfer my reservation from another local Hampton Inn for a tennis tournament. The staff was was so friendly and willing to help even though the mistake was my own. Highly recommend this hotel. Thanks Amanda for all your help!

Hotel lobby and grounds were very nice. Room was like any other hotel room. I was shocked to find that my room didn’t have a mini fridge or a microwave. I called the front desk and they said some rooms do and some rooms don’t. Since my stay was paid for online rather than in person, they refused to put me in a different room. Livid. ???? I would leave and go elsewhere, but again my stay was pre-paid so I would have to pay a cancellation fee.

I will not be staying here again, nor recommending it to anyone. Spring Hill Suite hotel is MUCH nicer, and usually cheaper.
